Sales Tax
We are required to collect 6% sales tax on purchases shipped to addresses within the state of Iowa.
RETURNS
We work hard and want you to be delighted with your onceagainkidscloset.com purchase. Most purchases can be returned within 21 days for a refund. Just contact us for an RMA number prior to return shipping. Once Again Kids Closet will cover the cost of return shipping for defective items only, and will refund 100% of the purchase price. An unwanted, resalable item will be refunded 100% of the purchase price provided:
1) It is returned with all original documentation and packaging.
2) Manufacturer tags are intact.
3) It is in unused condition.
Returned items not meeting these criteria are subject to a 25% restocking fee. You will be responsible for shipping costs (each way) on unwanted items. Certain products such as bottle feeding items / accessories, blankets, diapers,bath and fabric items and personal care items cannot be resold for hygienic reasons and are therefore non-refundable. Items that are returned with missing pieces and/or parts will not be refunded and will be shipped back to the customer at customer's expense.
You must notify us of damaged / defective products within 5 business days from the date of delivery. In the event that a product is defective or damaged in shipping, onceagainkidscloset.com will provide an equivalent replacement item. In some cases, the manufacturer may opt to replace a defective part rather than replacing an entire item. If a replacement is not available, motherearthandbaby.com will issue a full refund including inbound and outbound shipping charges.
The current flat rate shipping charge will be withheld from a return credit if the original order met the free shipping threshold, but exclusion of the returned item would have caused the order total to fall below the free shipping threshold.
Products returned without an RMA are subject to a 25% restocking fee, due to additional processing costs caused by unexpected returns. We appreciate your help in keeping our costs and prices low!

All sales are final on clearance items.
Due to the nature of bath/body products, these products are non-returnable unless the item is defective or the wrong product is shipped.
Order Cancellations
Orders that are canceled after being processed but before being shipped will be subject to a 5% cancellation fee.
Shipping Information
*We currently ship to the United States and Canada only.
US orders under $75 will have a flat rate $5.95 shipping and handling charge added.
ALL US orders over $75.00 ships for FREE!!!
Canada orders under $75 will have a flat rate $7.95 shipping and handling charge added.
- In-stock orders generally ship within 3 business days of receipt, however, occasionally with large volume sales, it can take a little longer. We observe all standard holidays. If an item is backordered or special order, shipping time is approximately 2-3 weeks.
- Any exceptions to the above timing (i.e. vacations) will be noted clearly on our home page.
- We reserve the right to ship your purchase via the most affordable method. Most orders ship First Class or Priority Mail.
- Delivery Confirmation is included on all orders. If you wish to insure your package or add signature confirmation, please email me for the cost.
- Local pickup in the Council Bluffs, Iowa, area is available by appointment. Email me to make pick up arrangements and for directions.
- UPS SERVICE GUIDELINES
Order shipments originate from Council Bluffs, Iowa and typically require 2-7 business days to reach their destination. Deliveries do not occur on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. Orders placed before 11:00am EST typically enter the UPS system that day. Although a package may be ready for delivery in the morning, orders do not enter 'shipped' status until UPS physically picks the package(s) up from our location that afternoon or we drop them off.

USPS SERVICE GUIDELINES
Order shipments originate from Council Bluffs, Iowa, and typically require 2-9 business days to reach their destination. Deliveries do not occur on Sundays or Holidays. Unlike UPS, USPS does not always show updates on the package tracking until it actually reaches it's destination.
ORDER CHANGES
Changes to orders cannot be made after 12:00pm EST on business days, as packages may already be en route to their destination(s).
EXPEDITED SHIPPING OPTIONS
Rush shipping options are subject to UPS or USPS pickup cycles and business day limitations. For example, if you place an order on Wednesday evening and specify rush shipping, it will not arrive at its destination until the following Monday. In this example, the next available USPS departure is on Thursday evening, and the third day falls on a weekend. The following Monday is the third day in USPS service terms.
ALASKA, HAWAII, AND PO BOXES
Non-oversized shipments with Alaska, Hawaii, and P.O. box destinations ship via U.S. Postal Service. We do not charge extra to ship to these areas.

We collect customer information in an effort to improve your shopping experience and to communicate with you about our products, services, contests and promotions. Once Again Kids Closet recognizes that it must maintain and use customer information responsibly. We do not sell or rent the information you provide to us online to third parties. If our information practices change in the future, we will let you know by posting the policy changes on our web site or by communicating directly with you. We will notify you of any such change before we use your information in a manner not previously disclosed in our privacy policy. You will have the opportunity at that time to opt out of any new use of your information.
